Wendy spent 10 years with a publicly listed property development and investment company, commencing as Executive Assistant to one of its Brisbane based directors in 1988, and then later promoted to Administration Manager of the Gold Coast Division, a job which required a full relocation to the Gold Coast. Subsequent to this, Wendy worked for another property development and construction company based in Surfers Paradise as Admin Manager and Executive Assistant to the sole director. Through this appointment, Wendy gained experience in a diverse range of areas, such as specifying and interior decorating and regularly travelled to Sydney to check on the fitout and finishes of the company's 5 star development projects during construction in Mosman and Rose Bay.
Wendy, along with her husband, George, established Ocean Blue Realty in March 1998 and currently controls the sales administration, accounts and property management divisions.
